Kcushion.com adheres to a firm policy of not supplying ANY personal data either to rent or for sale to any outside party.

Physical addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses are entered in UPS, USPS and FedEx in order to ship packages and send email notifications of tracking details.

Kcushion.com occasionally sends newsletters, service and product announcements, or other promotions or information directly related to your customer relationship with Kcushion.com. By placing an order with Kcushion.com your email is in our system in your customer record.

When you buy something from us we send your credit card or payment information, name, billing address and the amount of your purchase to your credit card or payment company to verify and authorize the purchase. Your name, telephone number and shipping information must be provided to third party shippers such as UPS, Federal Express and the United States Postal Service to deliver your purchase.

Return Policy

Unused merchandise may be returned for refund or credit within 30 days of purchase. The item being returned must be in its original packaging and be unused. Opened packages are not returnable. A  restocking fee of up to 35% may apply to items eligible for return.  

To process a return please follow the three steps below:

1) Before returning, please call customer service at 951-541-6724 for a Return Authorization (RA) number. You must write the RA number on the outside of the package you are returning. Returns without a RA number may be refused and sent back to you.
 

2) If the item you are returning was shipped in error by we will send a UPS call tag to retrieve your package. For all other returns (including warranty items) the customer is responsible for shipping costs. Please insure your package if returning via postal service in case it gets lost or is damaged.
 

3) All items must be returned in their original packaging, including any documentation, and must be in new, resalable condition.

Upon receipt of the returned item we will either credit your credit card or, if you paid by check or money order, we will send you a refund check. If you prefer we can also apply the credit to your Kcushion account for future orders.

Inventory

At Kcushion.com, we try our best to maintain complete and sufficient inventory levels on most items. Some items may, however, become temporarily out of stock while we wait for shipments to arrive or be produced, particularly with custom orders or custom manufactured products. If you place an order and we are out of stock on an item which will delay shipment more than 2-3 days, we will notify you via email at the address you provided with your order.

Warranty


Kcushion.com will cover any defects in materials or workmanship of the entire line of Kcushion.com products. 

 

FOR HOW LONG? Two (2) years from the date the kcushion was originally purchased, no matter who is the present owner. 

 

WHAT WE WILL DO. Within a reasonable amount of time after you return the Kcushion product to us, we will repair any defect in material and workmanship and ship it back to you, all free of charge during the warranty period. 

 

WHAT WE WILL NOT DO. We will not repair a product free of charge if it has been misused, damaged by an accident or if the product is not under warranty. This also includes damages stemming from acts of God, e.g., flood, tornado, earthquake or other catastrophic event, e.g., fire. Please note that any alteration to the product, unauthorized by Kcushion.com will void the warranty. 

 

WHAT THE CUSTOMER MUST DO. The customer must send the  Kcushion product to us with the original sales ticket or other evidence of date of purchase, and must pay all delivery costs.  It must be sent to Kcushion.com P.O. BOX 603 Wildomar, Ca 92595 U.S.A.   Failure to submit the original sales ticket or failure to have the warranty registration card on file voids the warranty.        ANY OTHER QUESTIONS? DISCLAIMER Any implied warranties, including those of MERCHANTIBILITY and FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE are also limited to two (2) years from the date of original purchase and any action for a breach of such warranties or any express warranties herein must be commenced within this time.  Kcushion.com shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages with respect to economic loss or injuries to property, whether as a result of a breach of express or implied warranties or otherwise.  Kcushion.com will not be responsible for the results of careless handling, unreasonable or improper use of this product. 

 

WHAT ARE YOUR STATE LAW RIGHTS? This warranty restricts the duration of all implied warranties to two (2) years and limits or excludes recovery for incidental or consequential damages.  Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts and some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential or incidental damages, so those provisions may not apply to you.  While this warranty gives you specific legal rights, you may also have other rights that very from state to state.
